Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the modification or cancellation of reservations made with the Hotel. By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the following provisions, established in accordance with standard hospitality practices and general guidelines followed within the Malta tourism sector.

1. General Provisions
Cancellations, amendments, and no-shows are subject to the conditions specified herein. The Hotel reserves the right to apply charges in accordance with the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

2. Standard Rate – Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (15:00 local time) may be made free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in a charge equal to 100% of the first night of the reservation.

3. Non-Refundable and Promotional Rates
Bookings made under non-refundable, partially refundable, early booking, or promotional rate plans are subject to stricter conditions. These reservations may be charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds, amendments, or date changes unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.

4. Modifications to Reservations
Requests for changes to the reservation, including changes of dates, length of stay, or number of occupants, are subject to availability. The Hotel may apply administrative fees or rate adjustments based on the applicable pricing at the time the change is processed.

5. Early Departure Policy
Guests who choose to depart earlier than the reserved check-out date may be charged the full amount of the remaining unused nights.

6. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be held until 11:00 on the following day. After this time, the room may be released, and a charge equal to 100% of the first night will apply unless otherwise specified by the selected rate plan.

7. Group Bookings
Reservations consisting of five (5) rooms or more are considered group bookings and may be subject to separate cancellation terms, including extended notice periods and non-refundable deposits.

8. Third-Party Bookings (OTA / Travel Agents)
For reservations made through external platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, travel agents), the cancellation terms stated on the respective platform will apply. Guests are advised to review the conditions of their specific rate plan directly with the booking provider.

9. Force Majeure
The Hotel reserves the right to waive or adjust cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances deemed force majeure (e.g., government travel restrictions, natural disasters). Proper documentation may be required.

10. Check-In and Check-Out Times
Standard check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be offered subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
